Scientific Interest
Space weather and its prediction, magnetotelluric measurements, geomagnetically induced currents, magnetosphere-ionosphere-thermosphere coupling, thermospheric neutral density, satellite drag, ionosphere-thermosphere models, transionospheric HF radio wave propagation, coordinated space and ground-based observations and their analysis, lunar surface interaction with the solar wind. I approach these topics through the lens of geospace as a systems science, aiming to understand the complex, interrelated nature of these phenomena.
